Learn all skills taught at beginner level plus additional skills such as walkovers, round-offs, and more.

Work on strength, flexibility, and endurance. Perform conditioning exercises to prepare for increased difficulty. Learn advanced skills including airborne tricks and techniques.

As this is a combination of dance and gymnastic skills, students must also be signed up to a dance class with us as well as this class to help with fundamental movements.
